Agreement to Terms

Services
Bedrock Digital LLC provides marketing technology services for HVAC companies, including but not limited to:
Website design, hosting, and maintenance
Automated lead capture and response systems
AI-powered missed-call text-back
Automated Google review request systems
Unified lead management dashboard
Subscription and Payment
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis at the rate displayed at the time of sign-up.
There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform and all associated services will be deactivated.
Payments are processed monthly. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bedrock Digital LLC, you agree to the following:
Transactional Messages: You consent to receive service-related messages including missed-call text-backs, appointment confirmations, service follow-ups, and review requests.
Marketing Messages: You will only receive promotional messages if you have provided separate, explicit consent via an optional checkbox. Marketing SMS consent is not required to purchase or use our services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging to use our services.
SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Bedrock Digital LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our platform.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or to consent to receive SMS messages from Bedrock Digital LLC. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
Ensure that any SMS messages sent through our platform to your customers comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, and systems provided by Bedrock Digital LLC remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, this license terminates.
Websites Built for Clients
Websites we build and host for you are part of the subscription service. While the content you provide (text, images, logos) remains yours, the website design, templates, code, and hosting infrastructure are owned by Bedrock Digital LLC. If your subscription is cancelled, the website will be taken offline.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedrock Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our platform. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bedrock Digital LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Bedrock Digital LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
